Our fantastic month of sightings<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The weather conditions weren\u2019t very favorable for us to go out to sea. Even so, during\nthe few trips that took place during the month of January, we had sightings that left us\nspeechless!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The most sighted species was the common-dolphin making about 50% of this month\u2019s\ntotal sightings, followed by the sperm-whale. Both of these two species are resident in\nthe Azores meaning that we can see them all year round.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

January didn\u2019t stop there. The acrobatic striped-dolphins and second largest animal on\nthe planet also appeared. These two species are more common in spring, so, seeing them\nduring winter is always a very pleasant surprise.       <\/p>\n\n\n\n

2022 has just started and it\u2019s already being amazing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
